With ombran MHP, a high-tech mortar, MC has developed a product that
solves even the most difficult problems encountered during the repair of underground infrastructures by using innovative performance characteristics. The ideal combination of coating durability, ease of application and rapid strength development make the tried-and-tested holistic system ombran highly suitable for both reprofiling and coating.

The different components of the system are adjusted to suit the specific
application scenario. The single-component, polymer-modified mortar system has completely changed the market introducing new standards in technology -
it can be used on concrete substrates and on brickwork, is free of
tricalcium aluminate (C3A-free) and has an application range of pH 3.5 to pH 14.

The ombran MHP system features an optimal water-cement ratio of approx. 0.4
without any detriment to processability.

Following thorough testing by the Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik DIBt [German Institute for Construction Technology] its extraordinary properties have now also officially been confirmed and approved.
